I wasn't sure what Dearest Gordon was on about today at PMQs, when talking about Fidel Castro.
He said ""There can be no defence against the abuse of democratic rights in any country."
Whatever did he mean? I know he wouldn't be criticising my article on Monday, he certainly hasn't mentioned it to me.
I still insist after Monday's article that Fidel Castro was a hero of the left. It is not a co-incidence that young people today are proud to wear t-shirts hugely emblazoned with his face.
They wouldn't do that if Fidel wasn' t a hero.
